Payment Plan – Real Estate Project

The payment schedule is structured into several key stages, accompanying the evolution of the project until delivery:

  1. Reservation – €5,000
    • Fixed amount upon reservation to block the chosen unit.
    • This amount is usually deducted from the total price in the next step.
    • It allows you to formalize the intention to purchase before signing the contract.
  2. Signing of the contract – 10% of the total price
    • Upon signing the sales contract 
    • This payment formalizes the contractual commitment between the parties.
  3. During construction – 30% of the total price
    • This amount is paid in installments , depending on the progress of the work (e.g.: completion of foundations, watertightness, etc.).
    • The precise schedule of fund calls is provided in the contract.
  4. On delivery / entry into the premises – 60% of the total price
    • The remaining sale is due at the time of handover of the keys or delivery.
    • This corresponds to the complete completion of the purchase.
