Payment Plan – Real Estate Project
The payment schedule is structured into several key stages, accompanying the evolution of the project until delivery:
- Reservation – €5,000
- Fixed amount upon reservation to block the chosen unit.
- This amount is usually deducted from the total price in the next step.
- It allows you to formalize the intention to purchase before signing the contract.
- Signing of the contract – 10% of the total price
- Upon signing the sales contractÂ
- This payment formalizes the contractual commitment between the parties.
- During construction – 30% of the total price
- This amount is paid in installments , depending on the progress of the work (e.g.: completion of foundations, watertightness, etc.).
- The precise schedule of fund calls is provided in the contract.
- On delivery / entry into the premises – 60% of the total price
- The remaining sale is due at the time of handover of the keys or delivery.
- This corresponds to the complete completion of the purchase.
